Summary of publication

This document, released September 2010, sought proposals from organisations to provide services for the Muslim and Indigenous Peoples' Education Program (PRIME). Organisations that lodged a proposal ('tender') submitted it on the terms contained in this document. The required services are described in detail in Part 3, 'scope of services'. Tender submission closed on 3 November 2010. The criteria used by the Technical Assessment Panel to select a preferred tender are included in this document.
