Summary of publication
This document is the first Annual Plan for PRIME covering the period from January to December 2012.
The Annual Plan describes the program, its purpose and approaches that will guide the program activities.
The budgets have been removed from this document as elements are commercial in confidence. With DepED it was decided to reword the goal of the program and rename the components to better reflect the elements of the program. The Annual Plan provides a validated 'menu of outputs' based on identified needs of the different locations. This will be revised if necessary after the baseline survey results are available.
