Description

This is an independent completion review of the ARTIP project that began in 2006 and formally ended in December 2011.

The review notes that ARTIP has been a good and successful project. It was, and remains, highly relevant and it has delivered beyond reasonable expectations. ARTIP's access to, and influence on, the highest levels of the criminal justice institutions of the region has been remarkable. Internationally ARTIP is seen as a model of excellence among anti-trafficking initiatives.

The review recommendations were taken into account during the design phase of the successor program.
