Summary of publication

This is the quality at entry report for the ASEAN Australia Development Cooperation Program Phase II (2008-2015).

The report assesses the quality of the design against a range of criteria. Some refinements were proposed to the design including a more clearly defined program goal, a strengthened monitoring and evaluation framework, and completion of the risk matrix. These changes were taken up in the final design or as part of implementation.
