ANCP Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framework (MELF): review report and management response

Summary of publication

This is the final report of the review of the ANCP Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framework undertaken from December 2012 to March 2013.

The review was undertaken to assess how the MELF is meeting its objectives. The report outlines the steps taken in the review and makes recommendations for the department and ANCP NGOs to further enhance the framework.
