Summary

This amendment updates the annexes to the Amended and Restated Administration Agreement concerning the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for EITI Implementation Support.

Description

The amendment updates the annexes to the agreement. This is due to the establishment of the EIIT Implementation Support Facility, the alignment of all trust funds in the Facility to make the operationally equivalent, the extension of the term of TF053509 and the expansion of the management committee to include all donors of trust funds in the Facility.
