This document outlines the architecture of the Australian Sports Outreach Program in Vanuatu with the Sanma Frangipani Association. 1. develop and deliver sports program for their members
2. provide increased opportunities for persons with disabilities to participate in leadership activities
3. use sport to promote positive community perceptions of persons with disabilities.
