Description
Deliverables for 2011 include: protection against and control of malarial mosquitoes (e.g. full coverage with long-lasting insecticide treated nets, indoor spraying and larvaciding); case management (e.g. surveys, studies and clinical trials of drugs, and health worker training and support); community education and training; human resources recruitment and management (e.g. to improve surveillance and supply management); and infrastructure planning and implementation (including power, telecommunications, renovation of selected health facilities, a tuberculosis ward, storage sheds and staff houses).
