Summary of publication

The Report summarises the results of Programme interventions achieved through its two-pronged strategy of (i) PDC development and transformation and (ii) enhancing the enabling environment. The report also analyses other key areas of performance management including monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, gender mainstreaming and resource management, and their contribution to the achievement of outcomes.
