Description

This is an independent completion report (ICR) for the Papua New Guinea–Australia Targeted Training Facility (PATTAF).

PATTAF was designed to provide management of Short Term Training and Australian Development Scholarships. The purpose of the facility is "to contribute to human resource development in areas of agreed focus in the PNG Development Program".

PATTAF commenced in April 2002 and will continue to operate in the current form until the proposed Scholarships PNG Facility design is implemented in March 2010. The ICR covers the period from 2002 to August 2009.
