Paul Harrington

Mr Harrington is a career public servant and has previously served overseas in the Philippines, Colombia, and Egypt.

Mr Harrington holds a Graduate Diploma in Middle Eastern and Central Asian Studies from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Oenology) from Adelaide University. He speaks Spanish, French and Arabic.
