Mr Leo Zeng

Mr Zeng is a career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Director, Graduate and Early Career Development Section.

He has previously served as Deputy Head of Mission in Serbia, with earlier postings in India and Republic of Korea.

Mr Zeng holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle, a Graduate Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Bachelor of Business from Charles Darwin University. He speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean.
