Ms Sarah Roberts

Ms Roberts is a senior career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Assistant Secretary, Arms Control and Counter-Proliferation Branch.

She has previously served overseas in Thailand, Fiji and Brazil. She also served as Deputy Head at the Australian National University’s National Security College.  

Ms Roberts holds a Master of Foreign Affairs and Trade from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Arts (Jurisprudence) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Adelaide. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
