DFAT approached the market seeking suppliers for the DEV+ Panel through a one-step procurement process published on AusTender.

The DEV+ Panel will offer DFAT and other government agencies a centralised resource for accessing expert services that contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of international development assistance. It will enable users to contract support across all stages of international development activities including design, procurement, assurance, implementation, and evaluation.

The Panel’s objectives are to strengthen the impact and effectiveness of Australia’s international development investments, provide timely, high-quality advice and support, and build the department’s capability to deliver international development programs with confidence and agility. The panel will be established for a period of 4 years with contract extension options up to a total of 10 years.

Panel Availability

Supplier onboarding to the DEV+ Panel is underway. An initial tranche of suppliers has been onboarded, with additional suppliers to be onboarded on a rolling basis. The Standing Offer Notice has been published on AusTender under SON4266342.

Head agreements

Head Agreements with preferred tenderers will continue to commence progressively as due diligence, negotiation and contracting processes are finalised. All Head Agreements will conclude on 31 October 2029 irrespective of commencement date.

Debriefs

Debriefs will be made available to all tenderers at the conclusion of the procurement process.

Future Opportunities

DFAT may undertake further procurement activities in relation to the DEV+ Panel during the term of the Head Agreement (to 31 October 2029), including panel refreshes.
