DFAT will shortly approach the market in November or December 2025 for a contractor to carry out an Independent Evaluation of the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Infrastructure (KIAT). This procurement will be conducted through a one-step procurement process (a Request for Tender), which will be publicly advertised on the AusTender website when it is released to the market. The contract value for the review process is up to AUD150,000.
KIAT is a partnership between the Government of Indonesia (GOI) and the Government of Australia (GOA) to support sustainable and inclusive economic growth through improved access to infrastructure for all people. KIAT supports the improvement of infrastructure policy, planning, and delivery in water and sanitation, transport, and infrastructure funding and financing. KIAT encourages inclusive infrastructure development through engagement with civil society organisations, women and people with disabilities, and improving infrastructure resilience to climate change and lowering emissions.
The Contractor will be expected to provide services at a strategic level relating to the delivery of an end of program development evaluation.
