The DFAT approved design of PATHWAYS Investment Design is provided for the information of the market and prospective tenderers. Attached are the main narrative and relevant annexes excluding any annex or part of the narrative that contains information on the detailed budget estimate. Previous draft versions of the investment design have been published in this website since 5 April 2016, with the first one being published under the previous name/title Peace through Education in Muslim Mindanao (PTEMM).

The Australian Government approved AUD90 million over nine years investment design will need to undergo Philippine Government formal review and approval processes. Request for tender (RFT) documentation will be published on the AusTender website while awaiting the Philippine Government approval.

DFAT is expected to appoint a Managing Contractor to implement the PATHWAYS Program through an open tender process. The RFT documentation will be posted in AusTender from 15 August to 28 September 2016. An industry briefing is scheduled to be held on 23 August 2016 in Manila. This information is subject to revision.
