It has been reset an 'external facing' document for greater industry access. New guidance intends to speed up the design process, while promoting minimum quality standards.

Key changes include:

• The push for simplification of business processes.
• Clarity of policy and program intent for both concepts and designs.
• Oversight of facilities.
• An option for simple investments to be part of an adaptive design and procurement trial. This is for alternative design processes including concept to tender, design updates, design-implement and co-creation.
