Aid Supplier Survey as part of the Review of the Aid Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF)

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is inviting aid suppliers/contractors to participate in a Survey as part of the Review of Aid Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF). The ARF sets rates and conditions for both long term and short term, engaged for the delivery of the aid program. The objective of the Review is to determine the extent to which the Framework continues to meet its objectives, and to make recommendations for changes to the Framework or supporting guidance.

Through your participation in the Survey, DFAT is seeking to better understand your experiences of engaging advisers under ARF. This is an opportunity for you to highlight key areas of concern and provide suggestions for improving the ARF and supporting guidance. The Survey results will feed into the overall ARF Review, which is expected to be completed in late 2017.

The Survey is being conducted by an independent consulting company, Mercer Consulting (Australia) Pty Ltd, on behalf of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
