Full text of the First Protocol to Amend the Agreement

Trade with Indonesia and the Philippines under AANZFTA remains subject to the First Protocol, as neither country has ratified or implemented the Second Protocol. Trade with all other AANZFTA Parties under AANZFTA occurs under the Second Protocol.

The full text of the First Protocol, as well as the original AANZFTA agreement, is available on the AANZFTA website hosted by the ASEAN Secretariat, as Depositary of the Agreement.
