There are a number of mechanisms that do this, but the two key processes are the Trade Policy Review Mechanism (TPRM) and the WTO Trade Monitoring Reports.

The Australian National Commission for UNESCO provides expert analysis and policy advice on United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) matters to the Australian Government; contributes to the development and implementation of programs in support of UNESCO priorities; and promotes and publicises UNESCO's objectives and programmes.
