We, the Foreign Ministers of Mexico, Indonesia, the Republic of Korea, Turkey and Australia (MIKTA), deplore North Korea's fourth nuclear test, which constitutes a clear threat to international peace and security.
The test was in direct violation of United Nations Security Council Resolutions 1718 (2006), 1874 (2009), 2087 (2013) and 2094 (2013).
