The Minister for Foreign Affairs, the Hon Julie Bishop MP, today
listed Neil Prakash, an Australian citizen formerly of Melbourne, for
targeted financial sanctions under Part 4 of the Charter of the United
Nations Act 1945.
Australia implements UNSC Resolution 1373 on preventing and suppressing terrorist acts under the Charter of the UN Act.
