Minister for Foreign Affairs, Julie Bishop, and Minister for Defence, Marise Payne, met their Indonesian counterparts at the third Australia-Indonesia Foreign and Defence Ministerial (2+2) Consultations in Sydney on 21 December.
The meeting explored ways to collaborate further on shared strategic and security challengers including counter-terrorism, and cyber and maritime security. They also discussed the regional and global strategic environment.
