The Australian Government is integrating AusAID and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to better align Australia's development, foreign policy and trade objectives.
On 1 November 2013, website content about the Australian aid program will be moved to DFAT and available through the 'Aid' tab on the DFAT home page. Visitors to www.ausaid.gov.au will automatically be redirected to the new DFAT aid portal.
Please ensure you update your bookmarks and favourites to the new web address after 1 November, although an automatic redirect will operate for a period of time.
Aid-related photos and videos will be available through DFAT's updated YouTube and Flickr accounts.
The AusAID Twitter account will also be retired, and Twitter followers are encouraged to follow DFAT for aid-related tweets (@DFAT).
The Australian aid Facebook page will be retained.
