Compensation under the Scheme for Compensation for Detriment caused by Defective Administration (CDDA Scheme)

If you think we have made a mistake that caused you to lose money or experience some other detriment, you can ask for compensation under the CDDA Scheme. Use this form to submit a CDDA claim.

Please be aware that payments made under the CDDA Scheme are discretionary. This means there is no automatic entitlement to a payment.

Please ensure you have all required information before starting including evidence of financial detriment (receipts, bank statements etc.) ready to upload in one organised file, as it must be completed in one session.
