Australian press has quoted report appearing in London newspaper
'The People' to the effect that United Kingdom Government has
given MacDonald plans for a new British dominion in South East
Asia embracing Malaya, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sarawak, and Borneo.
2. Please advise urgently whether there is any confirmation of
this in Singapore.
