This design document outlines the five main objectives and components of SPSN:

• strengthened practice and promotion of democratic governance by key partners
• communities working together to address identified priorities
• improving local governance in selected geographic areas
• strengthened collaboration of men and women stakeholders for the promotion of democratic governance
• strengthened human capital of men and women for the practice of democratic governance.
