Summary of publication

The purpose of this report is to provide a quarterly progress update (Jan–Mar 2011), as well as identify any issues confronting the Project Management Unit, in the implementation of activities under the Samoa Power Sector Expansion Program.

This enables the Electric Power Corporation Board of Directors, Project Steering Committee, Project Management Committee and Asian Development Bank to monitor the project progress, become aware of the issues and assess whether the immediate project objectives will be met.
