Outlines arrangements for support to the PNG transport sector. (2008, 9pp)

Description

The main areas of cooperation outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) relate to the safety and security of the PNG transport network (including air, maritime and roads), and developing engagements between transport partner agencies, relevant industry stakeholders and other organisations concerned with the safety and security of the transport network.


The partner agencies are the Department of Transport for the Government of Papua New Guinea and the Department of Infrastructure and Transport, for the Government of Australia.
