Description

This is the Program Operations Manual for the Government of Timor-Leste's Programa Nasional Dezenvolvimentu Suku (National Program for Village Development). It is a guide to the principles, regulations, structure and management of this Community Driven Development program, with a focus on planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, operations and maintenance.
