Summary of publication
This report summarises the performance of Australia's aid program to Myanmar between July 2016 and June 2017. Australia provided $78 million in official development assistance to Myanmar over this period.
Support was provided in accordance with the Myanmar Aid Investment Plan 2015-2020. The report finds that in 2016-17, Australia's aid program made progress in a challenging context against the three objectives of the Plan: enhancing human development; promoting peace and stability; and promoting inclusive economic growth and government management.
