Summary of publication

This Memorandum of Collaboration sets forth the understandings and mutual agreement between Australia and USAID to work collaboratively to support the PREVENT activity in community-based emerging infectious disease risk reduction in the Mekong.

PREVENT applies a social and behavioural change approach in improving disease prevention practices at the individual, community, and policy levels.

Australia's contribution is earmarked to support PREVENT activities in Cambodia, Lao PDR, Vietnam, and Myanmar.
