Grain in China

Photo - See caption below for description

This study takes a fresh look at China's grain economy at the beginning of
the 1990's and its possible configuration up to the year 2000. Based on what
the Chinese eat, this study finds that China may be some three times richer
than standard measurements indicate. Chinese food trends will have profound
effects on the Australian and world grain market.
