This document details the quality at entry report and next steps to complete design for Australia Fiji Health Sector Support Program 2010–11 to 2013–14.

This document assesses on a scale of 1 (very poor quality) to 6 (very high quality) the quality of planned Australian assistance to Fiji's health sector 2010–11 to 2013–14 to reduce infant and maternal mortality, and prevent and manage diabetes. The report rates the program 'adequate (4)' on all criteria, except for 'very high quality (6)' for relevance (due to excellent alignment with Fiji's health priorities and with Australian and international health strategies and commitments).
