Summary of publication

This documents details the quality at entry report and next steps to complete design for Fiji Community Development Program 2012 to 2017.

The report assesses on a scale of 1 (very poor quality) to 6 (very high quality) the quality of the planned five-year Fiji Community Development Program. The peer reviewers rated the program 'good quality' (5) on most criteria, except for 'very high quality' (6) for relevance and 'adequate' (4) for monitoring and evaluation. They agreed that the design should be finalised incorporating the agreed actions and proceed to implementation.
