Summary of publication
This is the fifth progress report for the Access to Quality Education Program covering the six month period from 1 July – 31 December 2013. It reports on the progress and achievements of the Program against the first two quarters of the Year 3 Work Plan, noting in particular key program results in terms of outcomes, outputs and headline results. A prominent focus is provided on key issues faced by the Program during implementation as well as on risks and strategies to ensure sustainability of results and outcomes.
