Summary of publication

This is the eighth progress report for the Program covering the six month period from 1 January – 30 June 2015. The report describes the progress that the Program is making toward its objectives and program deliverables, and factors that have inhibited and facilitated outcome delivery. It analyses whether the Program is still relevant to Fiji's needs within the current context/environment, and discusses cross cutting issues (particularly of gender and disability). The report details implementation progress against the annual plan and budget, the quality and reach of key outputs of the initiatives in the reporting timeframe and the quality of management systems and processes.
