Description
This report assesses on a scale of 1 (very poor quality) to 6 (very high quality) the quality of the planned five-year Access to Quality Education program. The peer reviewers rated the program between 'very high' and 'adequate' on all criteria. They agreed that the design should be refined based on their comments and proceed to implementation.
