Summary of publication
This report summarises progress from January 2012 to 30 June 2013 in meeting the East Asia Regional program objectives of improved capacity of regional organisations to address agreed priority development challenges; promoting and managing economic integration; and addressing priority transboundary issues.
This report highlights the gains made in promoting regional connectivity and social protection in the Mekong Subregion. This includes the outcomes of Australia's investments in trade and transport facilitation and HIV prevention activities along newly constructed or recently maintained roads in the Mekong.
