This document outlines the design of the Civil Society Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (CS WASH) Fund (the 'Fund'), a proposed AUD$97 million fund that will run from September 2012 until July 2017 and support civil society organisations (CSOs) to deliver WASH programs in Africa, Asia and the Pacific.
