The objective of China Australian Development Scholarships (ADS) is to strengthen bilateral relations between China and Australia by supporting human resource development in Chinese government agencies. Priorities for this support are determined by AusAID's China Country Program Strategy and to the extent possible, broader whole-of-Australian government interests in China.
