Summary of publication
The 2012 Annual Health Financing Report is developed by the Bureau of Health Economics and Financing, Department of Planning and Health Information of the Ministry of Health. The report gathers and analyses health financing information on both budget and expenditure by different sources of financing to the health sector. Those sources include the Government funding, external assistance, out-of-pocket spending, user fees, health equity fund, voucher scheme and voluntary health insurance, as well as other health financing schemes that are currently available in Cambodia.
