Summary of publication

This document is the Criminal Justice Advisory Group First Mission Report. The initial Cambodia Criminal Justice Advisory Group (CCJAG) in country visit from 22 October to 1 November 2007 was largely a familiarisation visit and allowed a broad range of stakeholders to be consulted. CCJAG was asked to:

• advise on the progress, quality and management arrangements of CCJAP 3 assess the effectiveness of CCJAP 3's cooperation and harmonisation with development
• partners in the criminal justice sector
• advise on future strategies to strengthen the focus and impact of CCJAP 3.

This report documents overall findings from Phase 2 to Phase 3, key issues and description of project performance as a result of this process.
