This is the third Annual Performance Report (APR) for the Cambodia Criminal Justice Assistance Project Phase III (CCJAP). It reports on CCJAPIII's progress on rolling out its planned activities and moving towards the achievement of its component objectives. It reports on implementation progress between 1 January 2009 and 31 December 2009.
