Summary of publication

This document is the Cambodia Agricultural Value Chain Program's Mid-Term Review (MTR) for May 2012.

Commissioned to assess the programme's progress and to guide its future direction, this report contains the findings and recommendations of the Review.

The MTR has made recommendations to:

• CAVAC about portfolio management and measurement, as well as human resource management
• (ii) AusAID regarding programme oversight and an extension of the current phase.
