Summary of publication
This Design Document describes the contextual and implementation arrangements for the Australia Timor Leste Program of Assistance for Specialised Services (ATLASS). The design states that the program's goal is to improve the health status and outcomes of people in East Timor with surgically treatable illness, disability or trauma, and details how the program proposes to improve the availability and quality of essential and general specialist surgical services.
