Summary of publication
The Inception Plan provides details of program mobilisation, management and implementation work plans for the period May to December 2011. This includes recruitment and mobilisation of personnel, establishment of program offices, stakeholder engagement, and preparations for the baseline survey and monitoring and evaluation systems. The Inception Plan proposed a number of adjustments to the approach and organisation of PRIME. These include: adding two more regions to bring the total to nine (at request of DepED); adjustment to team organisation structure to better support the nine regions; and fast tracking of grants for priority areas (as identified by DepED).
