Description

This document presents the findings of an independent review into the effectiveness of the Australia–China Human Rights Technical Cooperation Program.

The findings of the review informed a redesign of the program which was completed in 2012.

In particular, the review recommended that the program objectives be better defined and monitoring and evaluation of the program be strengthened.
