Summary of publication

This document is the Annual Workplan 2012 for the Cambodia Agricultural Value Chain Program (CAVAC).

The CAVAC Annual Work Plan (AWP) 2012 is for the 12-month period from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012.

This AWP is developed in collaboration with key counterparts and stakeholders through individual consultation, provincial coordination meetings and a development partners' workshop.

The following plan details:

• a short analysis of progress so far and a direction for 2012
• implementation strategies
• a description of the major activities planned for 2012
• a summary of expected results.

The AWP 2012–and its accompanying annexes–are for the information, review and approval of the National Steering Committee (NSC).
