Proposed Procurement Activity for Pacific Horticultural and Agricultural Market Access (PHAMA) program – Advance release of Executive Summary for the Design Document

AusAID plans to tender for the services of a Managing Contractor (MC) to manage Phase 1 of the Pacific Horticultural and Agricultural Market Access (PHAMA) program. The goal of PHAMA is 'Increased exports of high value primary products, contributing to increased
economic growth and improved rural livelihoods'. The MC will be selected to perform program management services for PHAMA and will work closely with Pacific Island Government and private sector and the Secretariat of the Pacific Community to address market
access issues.

This Executive Summary for the Design Document is provided for the information of prospective tenderers in advance of the release of the Request for Tender (RFT). Minor adjustments may be made before release of the Design Document with the RFT.
